The purpose of this study is to investigate perception level in plan and execution of transition education for students with disabilities to target a special teacher of special classes of general high school and special school. The results of this study obtained from the data analyses of 194 completed surveys indicated by special education teachers of special classes of general high school and special school. The overall perception level for the plan and execution of transition education of special teachers revealed to be "normal" in average 3.51. Field of ‘assessment for transition education plan’ appears lowest in the 3.15 level, ‘creating and preparatory activities of transition education’ field of was the highest at 3.75 level. A result of examining the perception for the execution of transition education plan divided the type of special classes of general school or special school, teachers of special classes of general school in the field of ‘creating and preparatory activities of transition education’ it was found that a high accuracy of perception than the teacher of the special school. It was also found that a high accuracy of perception in field of ‘assessment for transition education plan’, ‘creating and preparatory activities of transition education plan’, ‘execution of transition education plan’ who the teacher with experience of transition education-related training Therefore, there is a need to improve the expertise through the opportunity of training professional teachers and a variety of teacher training by expanding administration and finance supports.

The public guardianship system for persons with developmental disabilities has been executed since July 1, 2013. This study was intended to research practice and application of public guardianship system, so the basic research and depth research were done on 16 public guardians. The result is as follows. First, the primary motive of participation to the guardianship system was 'voluntary motive' followed by 'after guardian education' and 'recommendation of family or neighbors'. The process included meetings twice a month for 150 minutes with those who use guardians in their houses or in facilities. Second, the most major activity was 'management of possessed money' followed by 'financial tasks for trust and savings', 'support for daily activities', 'process of urgent matters' and 'medical service'. Third, regarding the subjective evaluation of the guardianship system, 14 people(87.5%) gave positive reviews, whose factors were 'exercise of rights of people with developmental disorder', 'protection from the social crisis' and 'improvement of social participation of people with developmental disorder' in order. In addition, the difficulties were 'uncertainty of guardian's liability and right', 'lack of wards' recognition of necessity' and 'strict legal process', and the most important condition for improvement was 'attention of local government and constant will for policy enforcement'. The application process of public guardianship system was occurrence of social issues->increase of social attention and agreement of necessity->revision of civil law and enforcement of guardianship system->effective outcome and experience of conflicts->checking blind spot of the system->efforts for substantiality of guardianship system. Based on the result, the study analyzed experiential basis of public guardianship system for self determination right and relief of right of people with developmental disorder and suggested policy and practical implications.

The purpose of this study was to analyze current situation of employment and factors of the job maintenance of workers with developmental disabilities. The factors of job maintenance were classified with sociological factors, disabledㆍpsychological factors, job-related factors. I used frequency analysis for technical statistics processing and used logistic regression analysis for the finding of the factors of job maintenance. The seven Panel Survey of Employment for the Disabled are used to analyze. The result showed that workers with developmental disabilities showed that 46.3% was engaged in manufacturing and 78.0% was labor workers. And 73.2% was temporary workers and someone were no tittle. Also, 75.6% was temporary employee and someone was struggling because of disabilities. The factors affecting the job maintenance of workers with developmental of disabilities were education level, work type, job satisfactions. Full-time working and Higher job maintenance was founded to be a long period of job maintenance. While, Lower education was founded to be a long period of job maintenance. The reason is that the current situation of employment was labor workers. Based on this results, We were consider when the implications and establishing for employment policy for developmental with disabilities.

This study aims to analyze the influence which related variables have on child aggression by correcting missing data(values) of child-related factors and mother-related factors that have influence on child aggression among the 5th data 2,150 panels of Panel Study on Korean Child, inputting 1,572(73%) cases into the final analysis and conducting the statistic verification with Pearson's correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The results of the analysis are following: Firstly, after analyzing the correlation between the related variables and child aggression, the child ages among the child-related variables and mothers' controlled child-parenting attitudes and ages among the mothers-related variables show no correlation with child aggression. Also, mother's academic ability, marital satisfaction, husband's participation in parenting, affective parenting, self-esteem, child gender, child sleeping time, child eating habit, child activity temperament and child shyness temperament show negative correlation significant to the child aggression and marital conflicts, mother's depression, parenting stress, child emotion temperament and child sociality temperament show positive correlation significant to child aggression. Secondly, after analyzing the relative influence that related variables have on child aggression, sociality temperament has the biggest influence on the aggression, and child eating habit(β=.-.130), child activity temperament(β =-.104), affective parenting(β=-.096),depression(β=-.096), parenting stress(β =.087), marital conflicts(β=.073), child activity temperament(β=-.071), child emotion temperament(β=.067), child gender(β=.064) and controlled child-parenting attitudes(β=.047) have influence on the aggression gradually.

In this research, an attempt was made to explore substance of human rights consciousness for the disabled of the employees of Human Rights Center for the Disabled, an advocate agency for the rights of persons with disabilities, and find out how the substance is realized on actual sites with an emphasis on exploration of the meaning and nature of on-site experience using a qualitative method of interpretative phenomenology. For the purpose, efforts were made in this research to reconstruct the experience that employees of Human Rights Center had on various sites, especially the kind of experience that they felt in their consultations while trying to uncover the substance of human rights consciousness for the disabled, to be used as the target for our analysis. The period required to collect necessary data for this research was from Oct. 1, 2015 to Sept. 30, 2016, which is divided into 4 stages from the period of research topic selection to establishing a research method, preparing an interview guide and implementation of interviews, and lastly, collecting data related to the Human Rights Center. As a result of this research, a total of 67 concepts have been derived, which led to 15 sub-categories by way of synthesizing the above concepts. Finally, two categories were derived by abstracting these sub-categories. First, when substance of human rights consciousness of the employees of Human Rights Center was examined, it was discovered that the employees had realized in the process of relieving the rights of the disabled who suffered an impingement of their rights or discrimination that human rights are not something remote or distant but can boil down to their own rights. Second, when how substance of human rights consciousness of the employees of Human Rights Center for the disabled was realized on actual sites, it was discovered that the participants in this research felt serious difficulties in defining the concept of the disabled and had divergent perspectives on disability itself. The employees of Human Rights Center recognize that the disabled and persons without disabilities have identical rights, but they also recognize that in reality the disabled are peripheralized because of their disability and are seriously discriminated. And this often led to a confusion whether the employees should emphasize commonality of the disabled with persons without disabilities or emphasize the difference of the disabled from persons without disabilities. The employees of Human Rights Center stated that, to secure human rights of the disabled, there should be a change in social structure wherein the disabled can not escape from poverty as well as changes in various institutions and policies that exclude the handicapped. On methodological dimension to ameliorate this situation, these employees felt that more opportunities should be provided to the disabled to allow diverse experience, more convenience should be provided taking various types of disability into consideration, and closer connections should be maintained with related institutions for the purpose of social integration. On organizational dimension, these employees felt that improvements should be made in the way the employees are treated, and more efforts are required in manpower supplement and enhancement of expertise.

The purpose of this study is to examine elementary school inclusive class teachers’ experience of practicing integrated education profoundly and intensively and find out supportive ways to provide integrated education meaningfully in elementary school inclusive class. To address the goal, this researcher conducted a semi-structuralized in-depth interview to 10 teachers having experience in taking charge of inclusive class at elementary school and drew conclusions as follows. Elementary school inclusive class teachers’ experiences of practicing integrated education were classified into five topics: integrated education that is too hard to me, a burden that is more than curricular integration, those alienated from the alienated (the blind spot in integrated education), fruits gained from interest and effort, and diverse yells towards hops and possibilities. In other words, elementary school inclusive class teachers feel skeptical about the validness of integrated education, think it has not reached curricular integration exceeding the level of physical integration, and even deny the necessity of integrated education for students with acquired disabilities or multiple handicaps. But despite the harsh conditions for integrated education in reality, they suggested the successful cases of integrated education achieved by teachers’ endeavoring and mentioned practical as well as concrete requirements for it.

The purpose of this study was to analyze current situation related to problematic behavioral of children with developmental disorder(CDD) done by beginning teachers for inclusive education for the empowerment of their interventional ability. Methods. A series of two free description and semi-structured interviews was administered to 11 teachers newly assigned to inclusive class. Data analysis. the log of the description and interviews was read repeatedly and the typical problematic behaviors were categorized. Two data that were not adequate for further analysis were excluded in the subsequent final analysis. Results: Firstly, the problematic behaviors categorized among children who are mostly not CDD present almost the same as the problematic behaviors categorized among CDD. Secondly, the interventions by the first-year general teachers have limitations on the interactions with the children for standards of discipline. Thirdly, parental counseling were prepared individually in the assistance of coworking teachers. Fourthly, it was hard to find any relationship bewteen newly assigned inclusive teachers and the related organization. Fifthly, it was revealed that the log of the intervention is left as an individual level, therefore the events produced on the process of intervention was lack of constructing archives and it's better application.
